Cancelation Policy

At Skin By Mari your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice.

Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation/scheduling fee. The amount of the fee will be half of the amount of your total services. 
 Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee will apply. 
Not showing up for your appointment or reaching out after your appointment has already passed will be considered as a No-Show. Our No-Show Policy states that 100% of the service charge will be charged to the card on file.

Rescheduling Policy

Late Policy

If you are 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
