At Skin By Mari, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. ​Before You Book

Things You Need to Know

First time waxing?

Make sure you have NOT SHAVED FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS MINIMUM from day of appointment. If hair is to short you will not get waxed and retainer will be used to full-fill appointment.

First time facial client?

Make sure you notate any medication you are on especial any oral or topical acne medication. Notate any allergies, sensitives or skin conditions.

Chemical Peels & Advance Treatments are not available without a skin consultation & prep.

​Policy Cancelations & Rescheduling

Late grace period is 10 min max

YOU MUST BE IN THE TREATMENT ROOM AT THE 10 MINUTE MARK.

If time is exceeded: Appointment will be cancelled - fee will apply. 

If you're late or make it at the 10 minute mark you will only get service that time slot allows.

​If you booked more than one service we will only complete services in the allotted time booked for your appointment.

At the discretion of the service provider, All services booked for the time slot booked will be charged

Canceling Appointment

Scroll down press CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT

 (APPOINTMENT MUST BE CANCELED OR RESCHEDULED 48 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME)

If appointment is NOT canceled 48 hours before appointment fee will apply.

**NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL of the service cost ***

This does not include cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours before appointment.

​Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

We accept returns! You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 7days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 3-5 business days. We will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

​Our Shipping Policy

Our orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
